Do You Accept Offers for Less Than Asking Prices Listed?
Please do not send over any offers to purchase items for less then what is listed. We will never take any price lower then what minimum bid is set at including shipping fee. We are under agreement with our business partners as a merchandise broker to accept nothing less than this price. This will help both buyer and seller avoid any unnecessary time in regards to price haggling.
What Does USED Mean?
UNLESS STATED BRAND NEW, all items are USED and it is expected that buyer understands this. Small scuffs, scratches and normal wear and tear IS to be expected; brake dust, and wheel weight residue should be expected. Even if an auction states items are excellent/great/refurbished/low miles, always except some signs of wear. Wheels/Items may get dirty from handling for shipping, so be ready to clean them when they arrive or go through a car wash after installed. Please, if there is any question about quality or description stated, ASK BEFORE YOU BID, this is why we provide multiple contact possibilities not just an email address for informal communication. This is why we do not charge new prices and you are paying in some auctions, 10% or less of purchase price then what dealer would charge for the item (s) for new out of box, if they can even get it in stock. Our pricing is so low that even if an item has to be repaired at buyer expense, it is still far cheaper than buying new, DO NOT BUY USED if you do not understand this. All items are sold "as-is" and with no WARRANTY. If you are looking for a warranty and new-out-of-box; it is recommended that you buy it NEW FROM A LOCAL DEALER. You are getting the item (s) at this price because it/they are used, if it/they were new it would cost far more. Please do not buy if you do not understand these terms. WHAT ARE TPMS, are they always included in auction? Center Caps and Lug Nuts are they included as well?
TPMS are Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors, and they are in valve stems of vehicles 2007 and newer but some older models as well. TPMS systems alert the driver when the pressure of their tires changes, to unsafe levels. This is achieved through a set of sensors which are installed in each tire that send constant pressure readings to a receiver unit installed in the vehicle. This way, the driver is kept aware of the tire pressure at all times. NEVER expect TPMS to be included unless specifically stated in auction description at top of page, the same goes for center caps and we NEVER include lug nuts. Why is this the case? We buy items from local dealerships and usually complete aftermarket rim sales for them, they always want the TPMS removed from OEM wheels and placed in aftermarket applications. If you have them on your vehicle currently, and are buying rim (s) and or rim/tire (s) they can be swapped out in many cases, but be ready to pay for mounting and dismounting of both sets to do this at your local tire shop. Call local installer or dealership in advance to find out what this cost is so there are no surprises on your end, and if your TPMS will work on new application. If you need to buy TPMS we do not have extra’s so check pricing first so you know what additional cost you will incur if you do need them. When Tires/TPMS are Included with an Auction
Any auction that includes Tires are consider to be FREE with purchase of wheels, no warranty, refund or adjustments made for ANY tire related issues, tread life estimates are just that, do not buy if you do not understand this policy, you are buying used. At times, auctions may include TPMS (air pressure monitors). These are always considered free with purchase and we have no way of testing them to be sure of functionality. Please remember to verify cost with your local dealer if TPMS are not included and you must have your sensors removed from current rims/tire package and re-inserted to your new purchase with us. Also, if any nails, plugs, etc. are noticed by buyer when items received that we over looked during pictures, please note buyer is responsible for any/all repairs since tires are free with purchase and no refunds/exchanges will be given. The above situations are extremely rare, as our great feedback displays, but are a possibility since tires/TPMS are used. Please do not buy used if you do not understand this policy. What Does Refurbish Mean?
We work with a local company the strips down the cover coating on some items for us. If you are purchasing an item that has been refurbished, it will be detailed in item description. NOT ALL ITEMS ARE REFURBISHED. Please note this does not mean that item (s) look (s) brand new out-of-box. Nicks and scratches will still be visible to buyer, but they will cosmetically be dramatically reduced with new coating. This means you’re still buying used with a new paint top coating. This is why we do not charge new out of box pricing for refurbished items. Also, we do not buy damaged or salvaged goods and refurbish them. This is only used when an item (s) has more cosmetic issues then we prefer for item (s) to be listed with, it does not pertain to stability. Please do not buy if you do not understand these terms. I Bought item in error, what do I do?
Call us direct at 702-435-7186, we are family owned and very easy to work with, look at our great feedback it reflects this. We will send over mutual agreement not to complete transaction and then re-list. We get our seller fees back and buyer does not get docked by eBay for non-paying bidder. We would also appreciate positive feedback in these cases. Why? Some sellers do not offer this option and file for non-paying bidder strike regardless, we believe in superior customer service and take this into consideration when offering this option. The reason some sellers do this is because many auctions have multiple bidders and item (s) would have sold to someone else or could have sold during time offline while waiting to complete this process. This loss of listing cost sales to sellers. But hey, mistakes happen, we make them too! But no worries, they can always be resolved in these cases.
Payment Processing
We process all of our own credit card payments through a highly secured and eBay approved payment processing system. You can either process payment yourself online or by phone with an agent. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. We only accept credit card payments through our processing center. Please do not buy if you do not understand these terms. Local Pick Up
Please note local sales tax applies at 7.75%. Buyer must call 24 hours in advance of pick up during regular business hours at 702-208-7793, and must call to confirm same day as requested pick up time as well. This is to confirm you will be there. You will be turned away and asked to come back at later time if this is not done. There is no same day purchase and pick up offered. We do not deliver locally for free, but can get pricing if requested to do so, depending on location in Las Vegas/Henderson area. Payment can be made only with major credit cards and/or cash at store locations. All items must be picked up within 10-days of auction end, no exception. We will file non-paying bidder strike if this is not done so we can recover our eBay fees. Pick up hours are M-F from 10:00am to 3:00pm PST. Directions will be given at time of call to notify us of local pick up request. There is always a $20 non-refundable re-stock fee if item is paid or not and never picked up by buyer within this time frame. Why do we have this policy? Because we could have sold item to someone else during this time but instead had it pulled offline by you as the buyer and transported to our shop at a cost to us as the seller; when it could have been sold to another buyer. How do I Process Payment Since you DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL?
1) All you need to do to process payment online through eBay is select the ProPay checkout method and it will walk you through process. Please also feel free to call our call center direct at 702-435-7186 to process payment as well either method will get the same results. If you have purchased item (s) and did not realize this process was necessary we will relist item and file mutual agreement not to complete transaction.
A. Why should I pay with ProPay?
It is an approved method of payment processing by eBay. When you use your credit card to buy from a seller using ProPay you know you're protected. That means that you have the same built-in protections that you do with any other credit-card transaction. Not all payment services afford the same protections that ProPay does.
B. Do I need an account to pay someone who uses ProPay?
No. All you need is a MasterCard® or Visa® branded credit or debit card, or a Discover® or American Express® branded card for merchants with higher level ProPay Accounts, to pay someone using ProPay. We accept all forms of these payment types.
C. Who pays the transaction fees?
The seller (the merchant) pays all transaction fees. The buyer pays no transaction fees.
FYI: I am getting a decline on my credit card when trying to make payment. Many credit card companies place holds on your funds for security measure since you are buying items out-of-state and online. If you get a decline message call the number on the back of your credit card first and let them know what you are trying to process, 99% of the time it is the security hold for your safety that they place that keeps transaction from being able to go through. This is a great feature and our system is very sensitive to protect our buyers from fraud for this reason. Don’t get upset or be alarmed it is for your protection as an online shopper.

ALL PAYMENTS DUE WITHIN 7-Days of auction end (even in case of local pick up), we will file for non-paying bidder strike after this time if not pre-approved pre-approval can only be given by calling 702-435-7186 before auction is. Why do we have this policy? The moment someone buys an item from us on eBay they remove funds from our checking account for selling cost. Items that cost $100 average an $8-9 fee, items that cost $500-$1000 average a $30-$50 fee, and so on. We front this money to you as the buyer until you pay for auction, which is well known to all sellers and no problem as long as you follow through with order.
Credit Card Billing Address and/or Purchases for Buyers Other then Yourself on Your eBay Account and Shipping
Please note that we are more than happy to accommodate shipping items to an address that is not your verified credit card billing address or if you are purchasing items for a buyer not listed on your eBay account. BUT buyer must pay an additional cost of $5.00 for a single rim purchase and $20 for set purchases which covers the cost of ADULT SIGNATURE confirmation through our courier. This also applies to buyers who use any type of a freight forwarding service or have a P.O. Box listed. In these cases buyers must call direct at 702-435-7186 and make payments and arrangements through our call center. If this is not done and buyer tries to check out on their own through Auction Checkout and does not notify us by phone in advance, ITEMS WILL BE HELD UNTIL BUYER MAKES PAYMENT FOR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND IT IS BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO, PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS RECEIVED WHEN FEE IS PAID AND IT IS BUYERS FAULT IF HANDLING AND SHIPPING TIME IS AFFECTED, THAT IS WHY WE PLACE THIS IN BOLD UNDER AUCTION TERMS SO NO SURPRISES. Why do we have this policy? Because no credit card company will guarantee any funds from any buyer unless you have direct signature confirmation in these cases for any online purchases. If you are buying items for someone other than yourself and they want to avoid paying this cost, have them take a few moments to sign up for their own eBay account and they will not have to pay this fee. Also, buyer can correct address in eBay to credit card billing address to avoid this as well. If you do check out without calling first a second payment request will be sent over for signature confirmation cost. There is a $20 re-stocking fee associated with any cancelation of auction payments from buyer if they pay on their own and do not follow these steps and then wish to cancel order afterwards. We pay agents to handle this and their time costs money. Please do not buy if you do not understand these terms. When you purchase you agree you have read and understand the above.
Shipping Policies and Cost
Shipping insurance is highly recommended. No portion of shipping cost is refunded on any returns, if shipping insurance is not taken. If you do not buy shipping insurance, NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED. Why, because these items are EXTREMELY fragile and even a short drop inside of a nicely packaged box can still cause damage or be lost by the courier. If a claim must be made for damaged or lost goods, expect courier to take 3-4 weeks to pay out to the shipper and then funds are sent back out to the buyer. This is standard policy with any courier, if it was up to us we would get it completed much faster. If you use your own courier account you must have the courier arrive with pre-labeled call tags, and there is a 3-4 business day handling time on all shipments, so they need to be set to do this according to this time frame. Prior authorization is always required; call 702-435-7186 to establish this. Log for pick up Request and copy of buyer’s driver’s license and credit card must also be faxed direct to 702-459-LVAS. No portion of any cost can be refunded for shipping if you use your own courier account. There is always a fee for labor/material cost for packaging worked into shipping quotes and this is still due even if you use your own courier. Please note that we do not automatically require direct signature for any purchases. If you live in an apartment/etc. items may be left by door. Any buyer can request signature confirmation and it is their responsibility to do so at time of payment, a $5 fee will apply for each item. Please note that when you purchase insurance for auction that cost more than $2000, signature confirmation may be automatically required by courier depending on your state, laws vary from state-to-state on this issue. Buying insurance for an item over $2000 does not cover signature confirmation cost to send to different address other then credit card billing, this fee is still always due. Why, because Fed Ex charges this fee to us. Shipping to HI, PR, and AK is more. We are no longer shipping to Canada or any other locations outside the listed areas. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and currently only use couriers that do not deliver to them as well, so sorry no exceptions. Please do not buy if you do not understand these terms. Items Received
It is expected that bidders are capable of installing items such as this on their own vehicle, or similar application, and as such, seller assumes no liability for damage due to improper installation. Examine your purchase before trying to get it installed, it is easy to damage product at another wheel/tire shop so no returns are accepted if attempted and all liability falls on the buyer once attempted. All items are sold "as-is". If any part of your purchase is missing when received please let us know within 5-business days or nothing can be done. At times, center caps can get separated and lost during shipping. If this happens, buyer must expect to wait 3-4 weeks to find a replacement. If a replacement cannot be found, no used cap is valued at more than $15 and this refund option is offered in these cases. Item cannot be returned for cap related issue. I Paid Dealer to Mount Item (s) and they charged a fee, but item (s) were no good?
We give no refunds to any buyer who tries to have items unsuccessfully installed and then tries to say item (s) is out of round or not usable by shop owners or mechanics. Why? Because we have been in business for over 30 years and any tire shop can tell if an item is not usable before wasting the time to try and mount the item up for use. If they do and try to charge you they are not being honest, have them give a moment to inspect item before install to avoid this issue. It is rare that this is the case but mistakes happen and issues like this can get over looked, we will accept returned items if this is the case and return is within agreed terms listed above and below, but will not refund any install/uninstall cost incurred by another body shop. Why? Because any shop can easily damage an item when trying to install and they will always blame the other guy. We are giving you the benefit of the doubt as our customer that you did go to a reputable company. Think about it. Why would we want to waste shipping cost for an issue like this? We show our integrity by allowing a return in these cases. When you purchase you agree you have read and understand the above.
Shop Installed Said had to be Weighted Because Out-of-Round but can Still be Used?
This is not rare in items that are older than a few years. Wheels carry heavy amounts of weight and will get slightly out-of-round as they age. This does not mean they are not safe and non-usable but we do not take a return in these cases. This is normal from use and buying used not new. Of course, if it is something major or damage from curb that was overlooked then we as the seller will take return but this is rare and only done if wheel is not usable and all cases must fall within return policies listed above and below. HERE IS THE STANDARD LIABILITY FOR ALL LICENSED WHEEL AND TIRE SHOPS. We never recommend going to anyone else and buyer does this at their own risk if they do so. If licensed shop installs an unsafe item on your vehicle they are liable for it by law and should not install it if it is not safe. Why, they do not want to take that legal risk of liability which transfers at time of install to them. That is why we have this policy because no reputable company would install an unusable item (s) like this. When you purchase you agree you have read and understand the above.
What if I have Insurance Claim or do not purchase Insurance and item is lost/ damaged?
We do not accept any partial return of items. This is why insurance is highly recommended. If you buy a set and a claim must be made please note the following, the courier will request documentation of eBay purchase record. They will pay a quarter of the product purchase value if insurance is taken, if insurance is not taken nothing will be paid and BUYER IS RESONSIBLE FOR ALL LOST COST. Taking the hours to collect data, file claim, and follow up on process with courier takes labor cost on our end, so again please save yourself the headache and buy the insurance. It goes 100% to the courier and is worth it if something goes wrong. Buyer cannot return remaining item (s) they are yours as the owner. This means if you buy a set and one or more item (s) is damaged or lost you still own the remaining items received. If another item is in our inventory we will replace for claim value given but will not break up any existing sets to do so, this is only done if we have a single available in our inventory. Buyer will be given claim amount so they can purchase a single replacement on their own through another vendor if insurance is taken. You cannot return three items or less from a set for a claim in this case, they are still yours as the buyer. They are no longer good to us if they are not a full set and it dramatically reduces value, AGAIN PLEASE BUY INSURANCE. THIS IS UNDERSTOOD BY BUYER WHEN PURCHASING. Do not buy from us if you do not understand and agree with this policy.
Returns/Exchanges
If a return approval has been given, BUYER MUST repackage all items in same or new boxes with same amount of adequate packing as when received. If you do not package item back in the same manor and we receive it damaged it will be refused and sent back to you as the owner. No returns/exchanges/refunds are given/sent out until items are back in our shop and inspected (NO EXCEPTION). Buyer is always responsible for return shipping cost. Optional Vehicle Fitments
Optional fitments for vehicles are found through a generalized local wheel guide, (which is usually 99% accurate) if you email or call about fitment questions, please keep this in mind. BUYER must verify with dealer for fitment as well and is their responsibility, not ours if they do not work for your application. Furthermore, if you do purchase items without verifying with a local dealer in your area, even if you have spoken with one of our company representatives and you are told they will work (remember our guide is generalized), please still understand that it is possible additional items may be needed for your fitment, applications such as hub centric rings, spacers, etc. We as the SELLER are not responsible for this cost; BUYER is and it is their responsibility. If you install any items for any reason without making sure that the items will work for your vehicle first and use them for even a mile of drive time, note that no return will be accepted. Be sure you are using a reputable company that does your install when received. We are happy to accept a refund within 5 business days, but we will pay no shipping cost, and we will file a fee withdrawal through eBay that buyer must complete. This is if you do not check with local dealer before purchasing and have not attempted install, and need to return due to BUYER error. A $20 re-stocking fee and packaging cost is also not refundable in these cases (packaging cost is $5 per item returned). Please do not buy if you do not understand these terms. Arbitration Clause
In no event shall LVAS or NTC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential, damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if NTC or LVAS has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from LV Auction Services, Inc. or NTC beyond the amount of funds received from client in regards to specific instances. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. We offer no warranty on used products so this does not apply in these states. Please be sure all items are installed by a licensed professional. If an issue does arise, then all buyers agree to the process of arbitration through our national arbitration liaison as a resolution factor. Please do not buy if you do not understand these terms.
