By bidding on this auction you agree to all terms of this auction. You agree to pay all costs that we might incur in collecting the final auction price. These fees include but are not limited to attorney's fees, court costs, and traveling expenses to your venue to collect on amounts due us. DUE TO NON PAYING BIDDERS WITH ZERO FEEDBACK WE ASK THAT YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO BIDDING IF YOUR FEEDBACK IS ZERO OR LESS.
A 250.00 NON -REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 3 days of auction end. We are now required to collect sales tax for the following states, Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington if the bike/ATV is picked up at our store. You will be required to pay 6% or your states sales tax whichever is lesser. You will receive credit for these taxes upon registering in your state.
IF THE ATV/MOTORCYCLE IS SHIPPED ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF OHIO YOU WILL BE EXEMPT FROM THIS TAX.
Ohio residents will pay your counties tax rate only.
We are also now required to collect 6% sales tax from all Canada sales which will be picked up at our store. IF THE ATV/MOTORCYCLE IS SHIPPED ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF OHIO YOU WILL BE EXEMPT FROM THIS TAX.
All buyers add $50.00 for title and transfer fees.
We will accept 250.00 deposit via credit card or paypal. A 3% processing fee will be added if remaining balance is paid via credit card or paypal. Balance is due upon pick up or within 7 days of auction end. If paying by certified check, vehicle will not be shipped until the bank check has been verified. You MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction if you are the high bidder to let us know how payment will be made. No unit will be crated for shipping until balance has been paid in full.

Shipping is 199.99 to any of the lower 48 states. There is an additional $75.00 crating fee. If you need an international rate quote please send complete address and allow 2 days for quote. Our shipping quote reflects this bike being crated , insured, and delivered to a Freight terminal near you. Note: A $35.00 Fuel surcharge may apply to select remote areas.
Our dealership hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 10 AM until 6 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM until 2 PM. We are CLOSED on Sunday and Monday.
All pick ups will be scheduled at least one hour prior to our closing time. Any pick up outside of normal business hours needs to be scheduled well in advance.
This bike is for sale on our showroom floor. We reserve the right to cancel this auction early if the vehicle sells beforehand. If your thinking about bidding at the last second you run the risk of the bike being sold locally before the auction ends. Our used units average 4 days in inventory so bid high and bid early. We try our best to describe each vehicle as well as we can and to give an ample supply of pics for you to inspect. As stated earlier our vehicles are pre-owned not new. Do not expect a vehicle to look like new unless we say "Like New". Don't expect a 2005 model to look like a 2009 model. Atvs and dirt bikes are ridden on dirt trails and pastures not highways. We try our best to describe each vehicle the best we can and provide ample photos. Unfortunately, not all imperfections may show up in the photos. If something is not clear to you about this vehicle please ask questions prior to bidding. All of our vehicles are sold "as-is", with no warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise specifically stated in the auction listing. All sales are final.
