Boats and yachts are in stock at one of our sales locations around the country and may be sold in-store prior to end of auction on eBay. If you see a boat or yacht you are interested in, you are encouraged to call the sales professional listed on the ad.

Deposit & Payment Information

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vessel.  Payment is made to the MarineMax location where the item is held.  For boats, yachts, and other vehicles, you will be instructed via eBay invoice on where to make payment.  All financial transactions must be completed before the delivery of the vessel.  We do offer financing.

Additional Fees and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, when applicable, as well as the title/registration in the state the vessel will be registered. Contact seller for any questions regarding additional fees and taxes.

Shipping

Buyers of boats and Personal Water Crafts are responsible for pick up or shipment of their purchase. MarineMax will not arrange for shipment of these types of purchases, but can refer you to a reputable shipping company upon request.

We do sell internationally and will help international buyers contact a shipping company upon request.

Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vessel.  MarineMax has disclosed all information known about this vessel for auction.  Please be advised that used vessels will have typical scratches or imperfections for their year.  MarineMax welcomes and recommends a buyer..s inspection.  Please contact us to arrange an inspection prior to the end of the auction or within 5 days after the close of the auction.

Returns Policy

Notice to Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vessel no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retraction

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted by MarineMax via email or phone within 24 hours after the auction closes or he/she must contact MarineMax within 24 hours to proceed with the deposit and final payment arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or the balance is not paid in full within 15 days, we reserve the right to re-list the vessel or sell the vessel to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
