All sales final, AS-IS . This is a race bike and it carries no warranty. Product is not inspected before it leaves our warehouse, if there is shipping damage, contact us right away and file a damage claim with carrier. We are not responsible for finish problems (fairing scratches, finish rubbing off, etc, AS IS ). Please do not bid if you dont know what AS IS means. We DO NOT exchange, replace or service bikes. Sold AS IS!
Bike comes with 30 day defective parts warranty. Small processing fee is required before shipment of parts (5-15 usd or more depending on the amount of parts).
In the event of damage and us shipping replacement plastic parts we will ship GENERIC color only or any color available to us at the moment. If we can match you color we will otherwise we will ship any color available. It's your responsibility to paint certain body part in any color you need.
Posted UPS shipping and handling is NOT refundable under any circumstances.

I acknowledge and understand that riding an ATV, Go Kart, Mini Chopper, Dirt Bike, Motocycle, Pocket Bike and Gasoline Scooter (from now refered to as SCOOTER(s)) is a dangerous activity that requires strenuous exercise and various degrees of skill and experience for individual riders. I understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding these SCOOTERS.
I am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with the specific use of SCOOTERS as well as those inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability. I am aware that the usual risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperience.
I hereby agree to release and forever discharge Parnus Global Trading Corporation or it's Parent Company, and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of the SCOOTERS, use of equipment or property supplied by Parnus Global Trading Corporation or it's parent company or my presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, the manufacturer or the distributor. By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from Parnus Global Trading Corporation or it's Parent Company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf.
This AGREEMENT shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns.
I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and AGREE to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child's activities with the above item(s).
Legal Status of Products:

All sales are final, no refunds. By refusing a shipment, you agree to pay the shipping cost as listed on this auction as well as a 50% restocking fee, no exceptions. Improper accessories or modifications can result in a crash in which you can be killed or seriously injured. Always wear a helmet, maintain your motorcycle properly, perform pre-ride inspections, when inside be in well ventilated areas to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning, do no touch hot motorcycle parts, do not place hands near moving parts, gasoline is highly flammable, stop engine keep sparks and heat away, only handle fuel outdoors, wipe spills right away, let engine cool before removing radiator cap. |
