Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we had purchasing our 5th wheel from General RV. The staff at General was great! We would like to make special mention of your delivery driver, Frank. He did a great job in the most adverse conditions. The night before delivery we had two inches of rain. The ground was saturated and soft. It was still raining and close to freezing when he arrived. Despite the rain, which at times turned to sleet and the wind and the mud, Frank kept a cheerful, positive attitude. It took almost three hours and a tow truck to position our unit! We will defiantly suggest General RV to all our friends. Thanks again
