The good news:  This is a vintage steel mini drum hub (unconfirmed but likely Hallcraft) and rim (Raedelli).  The hub was newly re-chromed and the brake shoes newly re-surfaced.  It was rebuilt with new stainless steel spokes and the bearings (for 5/8" axle) are new.  It comes with an new, unused Avon Speedmaster II 3.00 X 21 tyre and tube.

The bad news:  I probably should have had the rim re-chromed too because there are a couple of minor marks in it.  So this is not total show quality but it will clean up and look decent.

The other bad news:  Somewhere in a move the top plate that holds the brake shoes an everything in place was lost.  It would be pretty simple for someone to fabricate but I don't have a diagram of what it looked like or anything.  It is up to the buyer to supply it.  A motivated person could probably do some online research to figure out what is needed.  All I remember is it had an arm to hang the brake cable, the center hole for the axle, and a threaded hole that mounts a bracket to the fork to hold it in place.
