Why no brand name on some of your auctions?
Our franchise requirements preclude brand identification at this very low price. As we prefer to show the lowest price in our auction, we conceal the brand to remain compliant with our franchise agreement. We can give brand information via email or phone and remain compliant. Rest assured, all of our new inventory was built by the only Triple A rated corporation manufacturing RV’s in the USA, not a bankrupt corporation like many now defunct RV makers.

What about a warranty
All of our new units come with a full manufacturer's warranty, good throughout the U.S. and Canada. We do offer an extended warranty for our clients who want that extra protection for their investment. In the unlikely event you would need warranty service, simply contact our service department and we will assist you in arranging service at your nearest authorized service center.

Do you take trade-ins?
Trade-ins are considered at expected auction value. We can't offer more as our selling price is so low. We prefer to do a phone interview to determine an accurate trade value. If you need book value for your trade, you might consider selling privately. Contact us for more information.

Can you help me arrange delivery?
We can arrange delivery, but only if you DO NOT have a trade. You must come to our location to complete the transaction if you have a trade. The current rate is $1.35 per mile one way for delivery to the lower 48 states, this rate is subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. If the rate does change, I will make my best effort to update the rate on my auction pages. You may estimate transportation costs by using an online mapping service, we are located in Walcott, Iowa. Please contact us for delivery quotes to Alaska and Canada. International sales are considered on an individual basis, the buyer will make all the transportation arrangements.

Are your RV's Canadian Compliant?
Yes, all of our new RV's are built to meet Canadian standards.

Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do offer financing for U.S. citizens at very competitive rates, please contact us with your name and number and we will call you to discuss terms. You must come to our location for financing as the loan documents need to be signed in person. Unfortunately, we can't finance Canadian customers.

Are there any extra fees?
You will be responsible for your state's tax title and registration fees. We NEVER require any other purchases or upgrades to qualify for our low prices nor do we require you to finance your purchase with us. We DO NOT charge document, eBay or prep fees! Please consider this when comparing prices.

Are your RV's fully prepped and ready to use?
Yes, all of our RV's are fully prepped including full L.P. tanks, RV battery where applicable and all equipment is checked for proper functionality. We offer a full complimentary orientation when the unit is picked up at our location.

Will you take less than the listed price or add an option free?
We have set our prices at the absolute lowest. We feel this makes a better buying experience, offering our lowest price at the start rather than starting with a higher price and "discounting" in order to make the buyer feel like they are getting a deal. This can often be an uncomfortable situation and make the experience less than pleasant.

Can you provide us with a hitch?
We offer complete hitch packages. A receiver hitch package including a hitch head, 2 sway bars, 2 weight bars, brake controller, wiring and installation is $500, $400 if you already have a brake controller. The V-front models require a special hitch assembly costing $650. These packages do not include the receiver hitch attached to your vehicle, that would be an additional charge. If you need a 5th Wheel hitch package, the cost would be $500 for a long bed truck, a short bed generally requires a slider style hitch at a package cost of $800. Both hitch packages include a brake controller and wiring.

We are buying a motorhome, can you provide a tow bar or tow dolly?
Yes we can, a Blue Ox Advanta tow bar is $1499 installed, a Tow Master dolly is $999.

Do you have a location near us?
We only have our one location in Iowa.

We may require a $500 Paypal deposit when you use the "buy it now" feature. We do this to deter malicious bidding to end our auctions. If you don't have a Paypal account, please contact me to arrange deposit. If no contact is made within 24 hours of auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. You will be responsible for your state's tax title and registration fees. We DO NOT charge any prep, eBay or document fees. Please arrange financing prior to bidding or contact us, we can also help U.S. citizens arrange financing at very competitive rates. Payment by bank transfer or certified/bank check (subject to verification) is preferred.

The buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle unless prior arrangements have been made. We can arrange transport to locations in the continental U.S. and Canada. International sales are considered on an individual basis, the buyer may have to make the transportation arrangements. We will, however, do our best to assist with shipping any approved international transactions.
