TAXES: If located in the State of Florida you must pay combined county and state sales tax. Please do not be discouraged, we give discounts on shipping for those who reside in Florida. Also, shipments within the state of Florida will be delivered the next day once they are shipped so you can receive your shipments in the matter of a day or two. SHIPPING: All shipping must be by DHL ground delivery or other seller designated ground delivery service. Allow at least 3-7 business days for shipping. We will attempt to send out shipments within 48hrs of purchase once buyer funds have cleared and verified. Items will usually ship within 48 hours, but on rare occasions they may take longer. In these rare occasions we will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase to inform you of the shipping delay. Shipping rates on items ONLY applies to the continental United States. If you are a resident of Florida and are shipping your items to a Florida address you will be entitled to a discount on shipping, so please contact us so that we can give you your exact shipping discount. Local pickup is negotiable in some instances. We reserve the right to deny local pickup options or deny alternative delivery beyond DHL ground shipping. We will ship outside the United States. TIRE AND WHEEL AVAILABILITY: Some tire and/or wheel packages may take 1-2 business days extra to process. In some cases they may take longer. *Note this ONLY applies to Tire Packages*. Also sometimes a tire or wheel may become unavailable due to local sales. In such cases we will provide with a refund. We will notify you of any changes and will only send you another brand of tires with your written consent.

RETURNS: All returns must be shipped back within 10 days in the original condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. We do not pay for shipping of returned items. If you paid PayPal, the PayPal fee will not be refunded. If the wheels have been mounted, used or damaged, we will not accept your return. Refunds will be disbursed when items are received and checked. Returns and refund requests must be accompanied by a reasonable explanation of reason for the return/refund request.

INSURANCE: Insurance is optional, but if your item is lost and you do not purchase the optional insurance you will be liable for any items lost. You will only be refunded the amount covered by DHL for lost packages. We will not require insurance but strongly suggest that you purchase insurance for any tire valued over $100 dollars.
