NO SHIPMENTS UNTIL PAID IN FULL. IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK IT WILL SAY SO. IF IT IS A PRE-SALE,SPECIAL CLEARANCE, NEW ARRIVAL ETC THE DELIVERY DATE ( TO US ) WILL BE CLEARLY STATED ( in which case we would generally expect to ship to you within 48 hours of receiving ) - Note: "Hairtrigger bidders" have become a problem.

MANY ITEMS ARE SHIPPED MANUFACTURER DIRECT. IN THESE CASES WE CAN’T CONTROL THEIR STOCK or BACKORDER SITUATION WE TURN OVER MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN INVENTORY EACH YEAR SO STOCK AVAILABILITY CAN CHANGE IN MINUTES DURING THE PEAK SEASON.
Most items are always in stock. however, we do reserve the right to drop ship from another location ( such as directly from a supplier or large dealers stock ). Please realize that larger items such as frames, roller kits, power train components can be delayed up to 30 - 60 days ( although its not often ) so please plan your builds & orders accordingly.
We treat every order with the utmost sense of urgency but due to the HUGE VOLUME of our business it is becoming impractical to “pre-quote” shipping & stock availability because it changes daily.
Out of continental USA shipments
We use DHL and ONLY DHL to ship. No exceptions. Currently DHL delivers AIR ONLY over the continental borders - that’s their set up, we have no say in the matter. Yes, air is more expensive but that’s the only option we currently have from them. Please DO NOT ask us to make special considerations for you ( aka take to ups, post office etc ) we don’t have the time or staff to do so.
WE ARE A TOP TIER BUYER FOR MANY BRANDS AND WILL ALWAYS BE ASSURED SHIPMENT PRIORITY BEFORE OTHER BUYERS. THIS MEANS YOU STAND THE BEST CHANCE OF FEWER BACKORDERS WITH US!
3) Backorders:
Back orders bother us as much as they do you so, it is our goal to see that it never happens. When/if it should we will let you know the day we are told and will contact you provided we have a phone number to work out a solution. Please do not expect us to call you over and over again.

THE “ITEM # AVAILIBLE” SHOWN IN STORE LISTED PRODUCTS REFLECTS THE AMOUT THAT WAS INSTOCK ONLY AT THE MOMENT WE LISTED THIS ITEM- IT WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO UPDATE THIS NUMBER DAILY or HOURLY AS ITEMS ARE SOLD FROM OUR STORE LOCATION AS WELL. EBAY DOES NOT HAVE A METHOD FOR INTEGRATED STOCK UPDATES SO BEFORE YOU ASSUME YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO CALL FIRST BEFORE YOU CLICK THE BUY BUTTON

4) Photos:
Occasionally we use one photo to represent many different model years or color choices of a given listing. We do this to reduce traffic to our server and make your sale pages load quicker. IT IS UP TO YOU to read the description as to what your getting color, year, size etc. some model year products may or may not share the same parts. Your description should say but if in doubt call us and ask!
Descriptions:
We stock a truly massive collection of V-TWIN parts from thousands of vendors. We rely upon them to provide us with updated information on product changes/improvements etc. All descriptions are based upon their last known update to us or our personal experience. Product changes, updates, revisions and discontinuations happen all the time. It’s just a part of the business. We do our best to stay up on all product but at 250,000 items and growing you can understand what a task that can be.
5) Damages
We will do everything within reason to remedy damages should they occur ( that doesn’t mean we’ll take the loss for you and send another for free - that’s why insurance is offered).
All our product is NEW AND UNDAMAGED unless otherwise stated. claims payout and time frame are subject to the carriers policy. Again, we WILL NOT send another item unless another is paid for.
All product shipment insurance is the responsibility OF THE BUYER. If an item shows up damaged the first question we’re going to ask is “did you buy insurance?” the option is there for you so please don’t make it our fault if you choose to GO CHEAP - we now ship via DHL and damage is much less than with FEDEX or UPS but still not perfect....take that as you will......
