Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We Ship Using Fed Ex 
 Return Policy 
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. When you receive your product buyer must check for damages to box and product ordered. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 7 business days. 
Return/Exchange Process:
We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you or, preferably you can elect to have the 2nd item charged to your account. Credit for the 1st item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take 1-3 weeks for processing.) 
All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition. The item must never have been installed, have been kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. 
Return Procedure:
To return a purchased item, please e-mail us with your eBay item #, full name, part number, and e-mail address that you placed you order with along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions in approximately 2-3 business days. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
Electrical Parts Policy:
Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or cancelled items.
No refunds on shipping fees.
Wheels that have been mounted with tires will not be returned...**YOU MOUNT THEM YOU OWN THEM**.
Specified shipping costs good for the 48 states only. Hawaii and Alaska must inquire with the postal code to get a shipping quote. 
Some vehicle's may require additional modifications. Please call to check fitment before bidding (714) 671-3100. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. We assume no responsibility for delayed or damaged items due to the shipping.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Returns may be issued under strict conditions and are applied solely to our discretion and approval.
Merchandise must be returned to us in it's original manufacturer's condition
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or cancelled items.
Returns accepted within 30 days with original invoice based on seller's own discretion.
Buyer pays all return charges.
