FOLLOWING details are from Marine Surveyor inspection March 31, 2008 at Liberty Landing Marina, Jersey City, NJ to ascertain her general condition, equipment and valuation. Boat has not been used since inspection, and is dry stored in boatyard.

Reinforced Fiberglass hull with transverse framing system, lead cast keel bolted to hull keel.
MACHINERY: YANMAR Diesel Model 20M15, Serial #8A2591, hours unknown. Two cylinder electric starting, water cooled with raw water pump, 20 hp. diesel engine driving single bronze prop. Wheel/Pedestal hydraulic steering.
ELECTRICAL: 110vAC dockside, 12vDC storage batteries. Switched/Breaker panel 12v circuits, covered marine type wiring. Watertight marine type fixtures. 12vDC instruments, cabin and external lights, 2 heavy duty marine 12v batteries w/ON/OFF switches. Batteries are contained in proper boxes, properly secured and charged by one 90 amp. engine alternator.
ALARM SYSTEMS: Audible high cooling water temperature and/or low engine oil pressure. Bilge alarm system.
FUEL SYSTEM: Diesel fiberglass tank w/shut-off valve, USCG Type A-1 hose piping manifold at engines, screened vent on tank, and fuel transfer pump.
FRESH WATER SYSTEM: Two integral plastic tanks with shut-off valves, plastic piping, fittings and manifold. One 5 gallon engine heat hot water heater.
AIR SYSTEM: Two-cylinder electric powered compressor unit with automatic start/stop switch, receiver tank piping, valves, and fittings.
WASTE SYSTEM: One holding tank with electric driven discharge pump overboard or through Y-valve to macerator system.
BILGE SYSTEMS: Two sea chests with service manifolds, brass piping, pipe fittings, valves, suctions, and one electric powered bilge pump.
VENTILATION SYSTEM: Natural and mechanical type for engine room with electric powered blower. Natural and mechanical type for personnel accommodations or through door, port light window and vent openings.
ANCHOR GEAR: One 84 lb. stockless type anchor. Anchor raised by hands on trawl winch through a series of pulleys ranging.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Main cabin seating for six persons and sleeping facilities for six persons with two on V berth, two on convertible dinette, and one each in quarter berths. Marine Head with hot/cold pressure shower. Galley with 2 burner alcohol stove, 12v DC refrigerator, teak and holly cabin sole, and, mahogany bulkheads.
ELECTRONICS: Garmin 48 GPS, Autohelm digital depth indicator, Autohelm digital

pilot, Danforth magnetic steering compass.
SPARS: Mast and boom are constructed of aluminum. The main mast is rigged with double aluminum spreaders, and is deck keel stepped on keel mounted compression posts with gaff roller furling.
STANDING RIGGING: Stainless Steel. Roller furling head sail.
SAILS: Main 193 sq.ft. all Dacron in good condition, Jib - 264 sq.ft. all Dacron in good condition.
CANVAS AND COVERS: Bimini top in good condition.
REMARKS: Port and Starboard hull sides found free of indents and insets, Stern found free of chafed areas, Weather Deck found free of chafed areas, indents and insets. Machinery found to be reasonably clean, having moderate surface corrosion and appeared to be subjected to an adequate maintenance program.
BOOMERANG will want a good, deep cleaning. She's been stored in the dry yard through last season, and interior shows some dampness and mildew to fabrics and vinyl surfaces.
Recommended Operation Procedure: Owner should require that all crew wear U.S.C.G. approved work vests while on weather deck, instruct crew to keep all weather deck hatches, doors, and port lights secured while underway, and instruct crew to operate vessel per all applicable U.S. Coast Guard Regulations.
