This book is used to cross reference parts. Called the junk yard bible because every junk yard would have one.
The same part is used in many different cars / trucks and this book tells you what other vehicles have the part you need.
Example is if I have a 1966 Barracuda with a 8-273 engine with an auto trans. The engine blows and I don't have time to let car sit while I rebuild, I can look in Hollanders and find the code for my complete engine assembly is 814. When I go to the next section of book I will see that I can get a complete engine assembly from any of the following vehicles that will drop in place and bolt right up
Barracuda 64-67
Dart 64-68
Dodge Passenger 65 - 68
Plymouth 65 - 68
Valiant 64-68
So as you can see the same engine was used in MANY different cars and trucks. So if I can find any of these in the Junk yard or in the paper, I can get car back on road fast!!

I see a lot of parts still being used from late 50 's. If a part used in a 1965 car was also used in a 1951 car , will still be listed as an exchange.

Some of the ford truck codes go back to 1958

BUT the rest of the Book is in GOOD condition.

Has some finger prints & greasehere and there, BUT Overall VERY Clean!
