Weights and Measurements
A metric ton is 2204.6226218 LBS In the US we seem to be getting lazy and rounding things off to 2000 lbs, and sometimes we have done it so long we forget. So keep in mind when buying things to handle weight a life may depend on the correct equipment being used. Some items you buy may not actually handle the weight by true measurements. Please check out tools and buy the correct size for your job in mind. This Jack would be a great tool for me, just had a thought about safety. Very small but powerful
I added a wooden top piece with a drilled hole so that any slippage of the ram to the device being raised is reduced. Fits well in a small compartment on my boat while being trailered. Tried it out and it works well. I am hoping I will not have to use it.

Jack oil all over
Open package and found Jack oil all over everything box is completely saturated instructions and Jack is covered with it. Jack stands about 6 in tall maybe eight no way it's going to hold four times totally misrepresented but it'll have to be filled with Jack oil first to even be used.
