This is a factory GM Holley 4 Barrel Carburetor. The numbers on the choke horn are as follows: 3923289-DZ List 4053 791. This carb was installed by GM on the following applications: 1968 L78 396/375HP, 1968 L72 427/425HP engine, 1969 Camaro Z/28 302/290HP engine. The 791 is the date It decodes as the 1st week in September, 1967. The front metering block is stamped 5615 and the rear is 4519. 

This Holley is in very good original condition. It has NOT been restored. That's right, it is in its original finish. It is a bit dirty but should clean up well. All parts move freely and there are no breaks or repairs. All choke parts look to be intact minus the pull off valve and rod.
