Thank you. | | How Do We Ship? | | Boxed Scooter Package All items are packed to a professional standard, in sturdy cardboard boxes. This packaging is very durable and designed to be used for long distance travel. The crate will have several (4) steel bands holding the cardboard box in place around the steel frame. The steel frame is welded together in many parts, but it can be taken completely apart by using a 14mm wrench (supplied in the tool kit which you will find in a tool bag under the seat). A plastic cover and bubble wraps are used to protect your vehicle from scratches. There are 4 wires holding the motorcycle in place on both sides of the wheels which can now be cut and removed. The bottom of the frame is raised from the floor a few inches to allow room for a fork lift to get under it, but it also means that the motorcycle's wheels are partially inserted into the floor of the frame to further prevent the vehicle from moving. Package on the Customized Pallet All items are shipped on our customized durable shipping pallets. Each pallet is secured with at least two straps or bands and be wrapped with plastic stretch wrap. And the stretch wrap is wrapped completely over the lip of the pallet. Package Wrapped with BOL & F Sticker All items shipped out from our warehouse need to have a packing list with the name and address of the recipient in an attached envelope. Please keep in mind that it is our goal to ship your order the same day it is placed if we receive your order before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time.
