Vehicle Description

It is a sad day but its time to sell my baby.  Up for bid is my 1998 four wheel drive conversion Ford Pleasure-Way Excel RL class B Motorhome.  It is a very reliable and fun vehicle and I will miss it.  It has less than 56,000 original miles.  The four wheel drive conversion was done by Salem Kroger in California and she's packing the Ford V-10 engine (which I have been very impressed with).  It has the following features: 3 way refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner LP stove, 16,000 BTU furnace, toilet, shower, sink, exterior shower, CO detector, LP detector, fan, auxillary battery, amp convertor, 30 gal fresh water, 24 gal grey water, 12 gal black water, 8 gal propane, 79" x 54" double bed, captain chairs that swivel and recline, privacy curtain, exterior awning, exterior 110 volt outlet, cable tv hook up, TV, VCR, 7100 btu roof air conditioner, 2.8kw Onan microlite generator, hitch receiver, rear air ride suspension.  It is in excellent mechanical condition.  To my knowledge everything works except for the radio (have not had time to replace). 

The exterior is in very good condition for its age.  The only defects, other than minor, are a small dent in the rear door (where I accidently dropped my dirt bike on it) and a small amount of rust on rear quarter panels where the water runs from the rain gutter.  Both would be easily fixed.  Otherwise she is ready for your big adventure! 

The vehicle is located in West Palm Beach Florida.  I would be willing to consider delivering the vehicle for reimbursement of expenses depending on travel distance.

I do have a pay off on the vehicle but as soon as the reserve is met ($21,000.00) I will send a check to pay off the vehicle and should have title in hand 10 to 12 days later (as per my lien holder).  I am selling this vehicle as is. Buyer is responsible for pick up.

A: Hello. The RV has never been smoked in nor have my dogs traveled in the RV. There are no strange or unpleasent odors of any kind and it is very clean and sanitary inside. Thanks

A: Yanis. I know you'll find this difficult to believe but normally I get an average of about 11mpg. I have seen lower (8 to 9) when bucking strong winds but I've also seen as high as 12.
