Warranty:
Lifetime warranty term covers ballasts for life. Lifetime warranty term covers bulbs for life from failure and any non-uniform change in color or intensity.
Any and all associated hardware included with the kits is also covered under the lifetime warranty.
Buyer is responsible for providing faulty part for inspection and replacement upon request as serial numbers are tracked for quality control purposes. Upon confirmation of faulty part, any replacement parts are issued free of charge to the buyer as soon as humanly possible.

Feedback:
We stand behind our kits 100% because we know the true reality of what we have to offer. We started years ago working with and providing only OEM equipment becuase of the common lack of quality in aftermarket HID equipment. OEM quality is our benchmark, and we have tested these kit components to the same standards we require of OEM equipment. It is extremely rare that we have any issues with these quality kits, but we do accept the fact that it happens. Unlike other sellers, if you are one of the very very few to recieve a bad part or we goof and ship the wrong kit, please allow us to fix the problem before leaving feedback. We will not leave you high and dry, we will not make you pay for the mistake, we just make it right as fast as we can! That is our promise to you!

Proprietary Concerns:
DIGITAL, DIGITAL HID, and DIGITAL 55 watt high-output kits are not for sale anywhere else, by anyone else. The name, concept, and quality materials are sole property of our company and not available to any other wholesale, manufacturing, or retail provider. Resale and wholesale distributions are at our sole discretion and any deviation from this consitutes criminal forgery. The quality, longevity, and scope of this product is our concept to provide the customer with the best possible performance in any HID conversion kit.

Return Policy:
You can return the kit or any agreed portion of the kit for exchange within 7 days of delivery if we ship the wrong application or color. Occasionally people make mistakes and order the wrong application, in which case we will work with you to remedy the issue as fast as possible. We do not offer refunds on any used equipment that is not covered under warranty.  We do not sell used equipment, so once it has been used, marked, defaced, or made incomplete we can offer any refunds.  Please test equipment on vehicle application carefully before full installation for this reason specifically. Any refunds are at our sole discretion and returned product is subject to inspection for damage, completeness, and operation. Auction shipping costs are not granted as part of refunds under any circumstances.  All shipping charges for product returns are the responsibility of the customer.  If you can not obide by or disagree with these terms, do not bid.
