15000 Pro Series 5th wheel slider hitch and rails. This hitch has a 4-way pivot, front to back and side to side to aid in hook-ups. Has a good black painted finish. Will come with parts pictured, will not come with mounting bracket kit.

Condition:

Very good used condition some paint missing around the pivots.
