You are bidding on a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS. It has a 383ci stroker V8 and a 4 speed Muncie transmission. This vehicle was my first car out of high school and has been a project of mine for quite some time. It runs really well and is a real fun car to drive. It turns a lot of heads as is. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state and can not take the vehicle with me. It is 95% complete on the outside and is just missing some misc chrome trims and emblems. The paint job is only a couple of months old and has new fenders, header panel, lower valance and trunk lid. The wheels are Weld Pro-Star 15x6 in the front and 15x10 in the rear. The interior will need to be redone. It has carpet, seats, center
console, rear panels, package tray, dash, steering wheel, heater
control and all headliner rods (but no headliner) and most of the items
it has you will probably either want to fix, paint or replace. Depending on how much you want to spend you can get a complete interior kit with door panels, dash, headliner, pillars and molded carpet for about $700 bucks from Classic Industries or any other vendor. The engine is 383 stroker that was specifically built for the car. It has a hydraulic Crower 292 cam, high volume oil pump and 7 quart oil pan with windage tray and baffles. The rotating assembly has been machine balanced. The heads have been 3 angled, decked, ported and polished. Valves are 2.02 on intake, 1.60 on exhaust. Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Edelbrock Performer 750 carb, Edelbrock high volume fuel pump and hooker headers. MSD computer and Accel HEI coil & wires. All ARP bolts inside and out. Makes 400+ HP at the wheels. With 100% feedback and lots of cars including other classics/antiques under my belt, feel free to bid with confidence. But if you have any questions please ask before you bid. If you are local to South Florida and would like to drop by to look at the vehicle just email me your number and I will call you to coordinate a time.
