Please email us for a quote and include the zip code!  Indiana res. pay's 6% sales tax.  International pay's actual shipping cost and you should email us for a estimate before you bid. International (and yes, Canada is international) winners MUST CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING TOTAL.   International buyers may be subject to international brokerage fees.  Most international packages ship by USPS! 

Please do not request tracking numbers from us unless the package has not arrived 7 working day's from payment date.  If you buy it, We ship it!  West coast packages usually take 4 to 7 day's from the date shipped to arrive.  If you do not receive your package within 7 day's of the date paid, please feel free to call our customer service number listed above.  98.3 percent of all orders are shipped out within 24 hours of payment!

Payments due within 10 days of end of auction. Seller accepts Paypal, Visa, and MasterCard, personal check and company checks and Money orders. All personal and Company checks will be held until they clear the bank. (usually 7 to 10 working day's) Sorry no COD'S. 

Once an Item is paid for it can not be changed or added to!  Our sales system is automated.  Once an item is paid for it is invoiced and shipped.

Paypal customers must have a verified/confirmed address and order MUST ship to that verified address. If you are a multiple ordering customer and wish to combine shipments.  Please contact us in advance for a total. MAKE ONE PAYMENT.  Ak and Hi, Please email us for shipping before you bid.  International, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaskan orders that do not contact us for a total and sent the lower 48 states shipping fees will be refunded!   Please contact us for the correct shipping and we will update your eBay invoice for you.

PROBLEMS

All new parts (exceptions are listed below) carry a No Question's asked return policy for thirty day's.  This means if you have a problem with the product, you have thirty day's to return it regardless of the problem!  You must call, email, or fax us for a return authorization number.  All returns without this number will be refused.  After thirty day's all returned parts are subject to a restock charge.  Electrical parts, and used parts are sold as is and are not returnable.  Defective parts and mis-ships will be replaced at our cost.
