IMPORTANT! As is the case with all items that we sell, the history is not always known unless stated otherwise. We are not an auto or marine repair facility. Because the following description is based on our initial observation (and some input from the client) issues may exist that are not described below, and, for this reason, we strongly recommend an inspection prior to bidding if it is available for this. Do not bid if you are expecting a perfect item. You must also read the terms of sale further below BEFORE bidding.

Deposit can be made with PayPal and must be received within 24 hrs. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. Any other arrangements must be agreed to before bidding. All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before delivery of the item. The vehicle or vessel's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping. The shipping company cannot sign for you. If you cannot be there in person to sign these documents we can assist you by fax or email." 
By bidding without formally inspecting this item, you understand that issues overlooked and not described in the description are not grounds for canceling this sale. Your bid is your acceptance of this vehicle AS IS and is a formal agreement to purchase the item. FAILURE to comply with any of the terms will result in forfeiture of deposit and ownership rights to the asset. Items are relisted on eBay if complete payment and paperwork are not completed within 5 days. Unpaid Item Disputes will be filed for any unpaid item, regardless of the circumstances. Additionally, all transactions and individuals participating in our sales agree to be subject to the same terms, conditions and rules

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

IN ADDITION TO THE WINNING BID

We charge an ADDITIONAL $149.00 Administrative Fee on ALL transactions. This will be in addition to the final winning price

By participating in this auction in any fashion, you agree that the Seller, their Agents, Affiliates and Representatives have made every good faith effort to describe the property for sale in an accurate manner and also agree that these items for sale are sold and accepted "AS IS".

Members with less than 3 feedback must get approval prior to bidding or your bid will be blocked due to non-paying low feedback bidders in the past.

As always all our items start at 200.00 and are offered at no reserve- high bidder will own it at end of auction regardless of price

Any sales tax or registration/title fees are the responsibility of the buyer!

Shipping is responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer or arrange shipping unless agreed to in writing prior to bidding! Asset must be picked up from our location within 7 days after close of auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing prior to bidding. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle or vessel will be registered.

After sale ends, winning bidder will have 7 days to complete sale. If you can't pick up the item within 7 days, you must still send full payment within the 7 days... We will hold the item for you (7 days storage included with the sale,) while you make arrangements to pick up the item! This auction will close at its scheduled time to the high bidder (provided the reserve is met) no exceptions. However, we still reserve the right to cancel any auction due to listing errors. Winning bidder will get all applicable ownership documents, and a bill of sale (when applicable)disclosing the winning bid. Winner will then be responsible for any tax and license fees (including back fees, if applicable).

PLEASE NOTE If we have disclosed this item works, that simply means that we are able to start it and operate within restricted limits, and we generally have a very limited history. As a result, we do not guarantee any item to perform in any manner.

In most cases it is not possible to meet at the item to conclude sale. Payments need to be received in one of our offices prior to picking up or removal and must be within terms of auction

All items are photographed in person by us and the description is as accurate as can be. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have- we will gladly tell you all that we know-we want no surprises any more than you do upon pickup

Unfortunately due the large area and amount of items we handle it is not possible to meet all buyers at items to finalize transactions. You may be required to pay for certain items before exact location is given out. This is to protect our clients’ privacy and protect all items from theft and vandalism so item is as described at time of pickup

Due to donors privacy many items are not able to be viewed. For this we are sorry and please bid accordingly. This process may not be suitable or comforting for all. If this may pose a problem, thanks for your interest but please move on as this is not negotiable

We at time of pick up want no surprises so we will be as accurate as possible with all pictures and descriptions

Due to our feedback your are protected  through Ebay for buyer protection and in most cases up to 50k so please be assured you are bidding on item described and it does exist. Please bid with confidence

Due to some of our terms many of our items sell for far less than their actual value. Please feel comfortable we pass on great deals every single day. Please read our feedback and rest assured that item is as described
