MHRV Return Policy Effective Aug 21, 2009:
1) Request for return must be received by MHRV no later than 7 days after receipt.
2) Request must be sent via eBay email program. Items cannot be returned without prior approval.
3) Returns will be accepted/denied within 2 working days after receipt of email--eBay email system will be utilized for response from MHRV
4) Item must be returned in original, unused, undamaged condition
5) If the item was shipped by MHRV in error a pickup slip will be issued for return of the item. If the item was not shipped in error, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs both for shipping the item and returning it. Items sent with "free shipping" will be assessed the actual shipping costs paid to send the item. Please read descriptions carefully and contact MHRV via email with any questions priori to purchasing
6) Upon return of the item, MHRV reserves the right to choose at their discretion:
   a) to replace the item
   b) to issue a credit to be used on any other purchases
   c) to refund the cost of the item
7) Manufacturer warranties are to be handled between the manufacturer and buyer. MHRV will attempt to assist with contact phone numbers and names for warranty processing but does not accept responsibility for replacing/refunding items.
