The T182RG is one of the best aircraft Cessna ever stopped producing. Fast, safe, effecient, and a real load carrier. With a top speed of 181kts, max cruise of 175KTS, fuel burn 12-14GPH, range of about 1,000nm, max ceiling 20,000' and a useful load around 1,100#'s. The new FIXXED GEAR 182 is priced north of $600,000, but is 20kts slower than the 79-85 TR182RG's.Yes they do have a nice panel, but have you ever checked on repair costs for a G1000 issue!!!!!!!!!!!? My plane is equipped for safe Family or business IFR travel. Current on all inspections, and has under gone the $100,000+ BEECH AIRCRAFT, KS, total aircraft overhaul, less than 1,400hrs ago. Including paint, interior, engine, glass, instruments, airframe, etc, bringing the entire aircraft to Factory like new / "0" time condition. Has been professional flown with 2 pilots at all times, hangared, no damage, with IRAN each flight, 25hr oil / filter changes, 25/50/100/200hr inspections on Cessna progressive care PLUS at least one annual/Year (Most years has had more than 1 annual). Please note all 6 Factory new Cyls installed 300hrs ago, and recent annual. This is a great buy for a modern aircraft with NO CESSNA avionics.
