WARRANTY AND RETURNS


Products may require professional installation. Warranty is void if  any custom modifications are made to the unit or if it is used in a non-original installation. The Parts USA is not responsible for any damages of products. We will not refund money if WARRANTY SEALS are broken (electrical parts). If you received a part that is different than pictured. Please let us know. We not refund money for shipping.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSONS:
We will refund customer's money only after transmission will be inspected by our mechanic.  If any metal parts from torque convertor are found we will not refund your money. Customer must install new torque convertor. Customer is responsible for flsashing used transmission radiator and hose fliuds.
