General Description: This 1974 31.6' Ericson 32 Sloop Sailboat is a liquidation. Fiberglass hull is in overall good condition but deck has a few soft spots. Interior has some soft spots on teak trim in cabin. Bulkheads in good condition. Forward cabin hatch is broken. Forward V-berth sleeps two; port convertible dinette sleeps two; starboard settee sleeps one; port quarterberth sleeps one. Galley has stainless steel sink, two burner stove and oven, not tested, condition unknown. One head with stainless steel sink with shower attachment at faucet, vanity and manual toilet, not tested. There were 3 batteries, one newer and appeared to be in good condition, but not tested and two older batteries in poor condition. There is one bilge pump in good condition. The swim ladder is in good condition. Stanchions and double lifelines with boarding gates are in good condition. Windshield is in poor condition. Dodger canvas is in poor condition. Other windows in fair condition. Upholstery is in poor condition with stains and tears. Aluminum mast, stainless steel rigging in good condition. Sails include two Main (one appears newer in good condition, other is in fair condition), Genoa 150%, 100% genoa. All sails in fair to good condition. Rolling furling is in fair condition. Two Lewmar 40 self tailing winches in good condition. Two Barlow 20 in good condition. Bag of lines and rigging, not inspected. One Danforth anchor with 25’ chain and 100’ road. Boom is in good condition. Deck hardware in good condition. Toe rail is in good condition. Carpet and helm station are in good condition. Rudder/tiller in good condition. Edson binnacle steering with Danforth Compass in good condition. Gunwale in good condition. Spinnaker pole and winch handle in good condition. Electronics includeSignet windspeed, depth, knot, not tested, condition unknown; two Garmin GPS, maps model 152-172 in good condition; VHF in good condition. Gauges and controls are in good condition. Universal 25hp diesel inboard engine with 609 hours appeared to have been preserved but engine is seized. Boat currently in water at moorage. There is no trailer with this item.

Note: these terms are intended to be included only in auctions of items which are shippable by UPS. The inclusion of these terms in auctions for any vessel, automobile, motor, or item which is not shippable by UPS was done in error and renders the auction voidable by USauctions.
No Warranty This item is sold without warranty of merchantability, fitness or other warranty express or implied.
Payment of bid, default
Buyer shall be
obligated to pay the bid amount not later than the close of business on the
first Friday after the day the auction ends. Payment instructions will
be sent via buyer's listed e-mail following the close of the auction.
Unless a fixed amount is set forth for shipping, buyer shall pay actual
shipping. Payment may be made by bank wire, by credit card through Paypal (LIMITED TO $10,000 PER ITEM), by sending a cashier's check by mail, or by direct deposit into the USauctions, LLC trust
account. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. The venue for any action pertaining to the sale
of a this item shall be Broward County, Florida and shall be governed by the
law of the State of Florida.
Inspection of items, errors in description
The
winning bidder ("buyer") shall have three days from date of
receipt of the item to return the item for a refund if the item does not
conform to the published description. A buyer who has inspected an item prior to final bid
shall be deemed to have accepted the condition of the item at the time of
the inspection but may reserve inspection following close of the auction
only as to any changes in the item between the time of the initial
inspection and a subsequent inspection made within the time for voiding
the sale as set forth herein. In the event there is a material difference between the
item and the item description and buyer desires to void the sale, buyer
shall so notify USauctions by email or by fax to (800) 385-8566 prior to the end of the
time period set forth. A buyer who voids a sale when the item substantially complies with the
published description shall be banned from future bidding with
USauctions. In the event
buyer properly voids the sale in a timely manner as required hereunder,
buyer's sole remedy shall be to receive a refund of the portion of the
purchase price paid upon return of the item. Buyer shall have no right to any price adjustment should buyer elect not
to void the sale. Neither USauctions nor the owner of the item
shall be liable for any of buyer's costs incidental to the sale including,
but not exclusively, travel, inspection, shipping or repairs.
