Return Policy:
Parts may be returned for any reason for a refund within 14 Days.
Refund will be given as:  Merchandise Credit  
Parts must be received in re-sellable condition to receive credit.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on all returned parts.
ALL SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE
Returns meeting these guidelines will be credited within 2 business days of receipt of part.
 
Warranty Policy:
All our parts are NEW, STILL IN BOX and are fully warranted for 90 days from date of purchase.  We will be happy to work with you to replace any part that does not meet your complete satisfaction!
Please note that we are not responsible for labor installation or repair expenses, towing expenses, rental car, or any additional expenses related to occurrences caused by an incorrectly shipped, broken or defective part(s) during and/or after installation.

Shipping Policy:
The majority of our parts are shipped next business day.  IF your part is Out of Stock or discontinued, you will be notified within 2 business days and given the option for a complete refund.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  All our parts are shipped UPS Ground Service from our multiple distribution centers across the United States.  We work very hard to get your order processed quickly from the closest distribution center so that you may receive your part in a timely manner and begin work on your project.
We ship to the continental 48 United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. BOXES, APO or FPO military addresses. 

We provide Tracking numbers within one business day of shipping your part(s).  You may track your part with UPS at http://www.ups.com or call them at 1-800-742-5877.

IF your part is damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours so that we can contact the shipper and have them replace your part for you.  The shipper needs to be contacted within 24 hours of delivering your part to file a claim.  IF you were not there at time of receipt to indicate to the delivery driver that the part was damaged in transit, the part will need to be inspected in order for us to replace it.
