You are bidding on a 1994 NU-WA Hitchhiker II, 27RKUG 5^th Wheel Travel Trailer.  This trailer was purchased from the Allstate Insurance Company for resale and comes with a Nebraska Salvage title.

QUESTION?....... WHAT IS A SALVAGE TITLE?

A salvage title is a certificate that is issued to a vehicle after it has been paid-off and ownership transferred from the insured to the insurance company for the purpose of re-selling and does not necessarily reflect the condition of the vehicle. 

In the state of Missouri you must pay $25.00 for a (State # 551 form), take the vehicle to the Missouri Highway Patrol and have the vehicle inspected, i.e. (VIN # on title match VIN# on vehicle), then register the vehicle as you normally would.  Check with your local license office for exact procedures in your state.

The damage to this trailer consists of: 

1. Exterior:  Above slide in Rear there is a tear in the siding and in front of the slide above the window the siding and roof are separated. (Bowed)  (See Pics)
2. The 2 roof vents are both broken.  We have covered them since we purchased the trailer.  The bathroom roof vent is right over the shower so all water went right in the shower.   The roof vent in the kitchen appears to have had water come in and damage the carpeting under the TV. (see pics)
3. The side wall behind the oven and beside the sink have water damage.  The rear of the trailer behind the sink appears to be fine.  The Kitchen Counter shows water damage, lamination is coming apart.
4. The ceiling appears to have water damage over the kitchen area.  The inside of the ceiling is bowing. (see pics)
5. The wall above the slide has been damaged and appears that someone has tried to repair it.
6. The inside door latch is broken.  It can only be opened from the outside.

This really is a nice trailer and would be a great project for someone who has the ability to work on it.  The interior is in nice shape aside from the water damage in the kitchen area.  The bedroom and bathroom are in great shape.  The bathroom has a large shower stall and private toilet.   There is also a large cedar closet in the bathroom.  The master also has tall closets next the bed on both sides.  This trailer has a nice large slide and when opened makes the living area spacious.   The exterior of the trailer is in great shape, it has lots of storage compartments, electric jacks, 2 propane tanks and 2 batteries.  The trailer is going to need some cleanup done.  We purchased the trailer fully outfitted for RV’ing!  It still has all the dishes, pots and pans, BBQ grill, etc…..living in it.

We towed this trailer from Omaha and it towed great.    All brakes and outside lights worked.   We did tow home but the tires do have cracks in the sidewalls.   All in all this is a nice trailer that needs someone who is willing to do some work on it!!
