Payment Policy: Payment is to be remitted within 7 calendar days of order. If there is any reason you cannot remit payment within this time frame, please contact us via e-mail or phone so that we can discuss the situation. If payment is not received within 7 calendar days and you have not contacted us with regards to payment, a non-paying bidder report will be filed and negative feedback will be left.
We exclusively use PayPal for credit card, debit card and personal check payments. We will also accept money orders and cashiers checks via postal mail. Please do not not send personal check payments by postal mail. Personal check payments are only accepted via Paypal. If a personal check is sent through the mail, it will be returned for an accepted payment method. This is for our protection as we will not have to pay bank fees should any check not clear the bank.
Shipping:We ship only within the 48 continental United States.  Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We also  ship Internationally.
**PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
Return Policy:Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return you purchase within 30 calendar days of sale under the following conditions:
1) All returns require a Return Authorization Number issued by RUZ SALES. Any product returned without this authorization will be refused. Please e-mail us at  motormount@optonline.net

2) All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Handling fees and freight charges will not be refunded.
3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Do NOT write the RA number on the original package. This will make the product ineligible for resale. Please write your RA number on your shipping label.
4) Defective product can be returned to RUZ SALES within 30 calendar days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund for the merchandise cost. Handling fees and freight charges will not be refunded.
5) All returns must be returned to RUZ SALES freight PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense or a handling fee to the customer.
