What are the shipping method?
All shipments are made via UPS or USPS. Majority of our orders will be ship within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) Please email us for shipping rate if you live  in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO or Canada.

Shipping address for Canada P.O. Box: We are unable to ship any item to Canada P.O.Box. Please note that if buyer has to put the address as a P.O. Box address, and the item has return back to our warehouse, in order to reship this item, we reserve the rights to ask the buyer to pay the shipping fee again.

We are required to collect 9.25% Sales Tax for all California customers.

Combine shipping? No combine shipping will be allow after 7 days of your first auctions, please email us at zokuracing2008@gmail.com for combine shipping rate before bidding.

All payment are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended,

Please be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to the auction in the event that you win. There will be a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price if somehow you change your mind.

Payment methods: **Paypal user please note: We will only ship our items to "CONFIRMED ADDRESS" under the paypal protection policy, which means is either the address user receive their credit card statement or paypal approve address outside the credit card system, please login to your papal account to change the status if you address is "unconfirmed"**

Return Policy:

Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt, all sales are final and sold as is, we only issue an exchange/refund if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped within 14 days after received. Please contact us by email within 14 days for exchange/refund.

All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged.

We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.

No exchange or return if products have been altered, modified, installed or painted. Please test fit before install or paint it.

In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved.

Any item that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the item price of the item.

For all returns or exchange, buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is returned after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection.

We are not responsible for damage during shipping transit, any damage claims will be handle directly by the carrier. If insurance is purchased, all goods are insured by carrier who held all responsibilities for damage, theft or lost. All replacement/refund will be issue after insurance dispute has credit us back from the carrier.

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated. Professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is auction " AS IS " , no warranty is expressed.
