This engine was recently removed from a 1999 Chevy Silverado 2500 truck. The engine was started and run while still in the wrecked truck. It ran fine and had 50 lbs of oil pressure at idle once the engine was up to operating temp. The engine comes with everything in the photos and will included the intake, throttle body, coils, plug wires, pulleys and water pump . Our Stock # 090154
