Very Important:  Shipping time on these manuals is 7 business days this is because it is next to impossible to stock every different service, parts, electrical and owners manual.  We offer this as a service to you our customer to help you. 

 

Tip:  I use the service manual and service my own bike. To make the use easier I take mine to Kinko's have the binding cut off and 3 hole punched and put it in a 3 ring binder so I can pull out the page I need to do whatever it is I am doing and then put it back when I am done.

    Returns: We accept NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. We accept returns on items still in their original packaging minus shipping and handling fees and a 15% restocking fee. VERY IMPORTANT if returning something please put a note with the item including the Ebay item number and reason for return.

    Taxes: Tennessee Residents will be responsible for Tennessee State Sales Tax and Tennessee does now charge tax on the shiping charges as well.

    Emails: We answer email within 48 hours during store hours. We DO NOT answer emails on weekends or Holidays. We only answer emails sent through Ebay for a couple of reasons. It cuts down on spam and infected emails.
