DESCRIPTION:  I am listing this car for a friend and I will handle the transaction. He has owned it since 1975 and was last registered in 1982. These cars in perfect condition seem to be getting around $70k and low mile examples are asking upwards of $100k! Car is complete except for both bumpers and the grill. Everything else is complete! The car pretty much will need everything! The engine ran and was parked 27 years ago and he swears that the miles are 24k original miles! Engine does spin freely. It was originally a cream colored car with red interior and was painted before he got it. It is now blue but again, we believe it was originally cream or off white color. The is completely original with nothing ever being changed. The tires are actually in nice shape but I am sure anyone will change them along with the restoration. I really do not know much about these cars but I have investigated a few things to learn a little about them. The firewall tag is not readable through my pics but the lower tag reads HBJ8L/ 31754 the upper tag is readable and pictured. The drivers side of the car has some rust to the rockers and floors, the passenger side isn't as bad. Trunk is actually pretty good. Firewall is excellent! Frame appears solid, lightly scaled, so assume it will need to be gone through as well as the rest of the car as I can't really get under there totally. I can see from the side, bending down with my head looking under, and it appears to be solid. Pictures were taken and are listed. Feel free to call or email with any questions anytime 631-560-6374. Car has clean NY title (tranferrable registration for NY cars prior to 1973) issued to my friend Mike 27 years ago, (which was the last time registered) 1982.

Inspections: Buyer has the right to inspect the car before bidding at the bidder's cost. If the bidder does not inspect, that right is forever waived unless modified by me and you. The vehicle is sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied, unless expressly modified by the auction terms.

Bid Retractions: I do not allow bid retractions. Please triple check your bid before clicking. If there is a bid retraction, I reserve the right to void the entire sale, I will block your bidding forever and report you if you do not call me first at 631-560-6374.

Failure to pay bidders: I take bidding extremely seriously and will seek damages if your contract is not honored. 

Liquidated Damages: If for any reason the buyer is unable to complete the contract in full, the buyer (winning bidder) agrees to pay liquidated damages in the event of a buyer breach. The genuine estimate of damage is the Ebay ad (normally $150) and 6% of the sales price. I will take legal action if fees are not paid!

Forum Selection: In the very unlikely event that any dispute were to arise concerning this entire transaction, including dealings through ebay, New York law and jurisdiction will exclusively apply.
