Description: Arai Quantum 2 Motorcycle Helmet

Arai has nearly 84 years of helmet-making experience. All Arai helmets are hand-built. Their helmets are painstakingly tested in laboratories, on race tracks, and on the street; no expense is spared in the design and manufacture of Arai helmets. All Arai helmets meet or exceed all of the DOT and SNELL M2005 safety standards, which makes them legal on both the street and the race track.

Features:

Shell is made from Super Complex Laminate Construction (aka "Super CLC") which combines the best quality composite mesh materials and resins to make a shell that is very safe, lightweight, and extremely well-balanced.

Special Round Oval Fit design makes for a very comfortable helmet.

Brow Vent Faceshield Ventilation System provides cooling air in upper face area via ducted channels, without holes in critical forehead area of the shell or in the impact-absorbing liner material.

Optically-correct, pre-formed faceshields for better vision and UV ray protection with less visual distortion than standard shields. All Quantum 2 helmets have a clear shield, tinted shields are sold seperately.

De-Mist Lock faceshield tab pushes forward to open the shield slightly help clear fogging.

Shell incorporates smaller gap between shield and shell to reduce wind noise and turbulance, and gives the helmet a really "clean" look.

Top mounted (TD-4) vent design is recessed into the shell for a clean look

The Quantum 2 uses the SAJ shield side-pod, just like the RX-7 Corsair, for easier operation and

The Quantum 2 uses the same hinged dual-pivot chin vent as found on the RX-7 Corsair.

Fully removable and washable interior liner, and the cheek pads are the same as the RX-7 Corsair.

Transit times: 3-5 business days for delivery to US locations, and 4-8 days for international delivery. International customers should allow extra time for delivery because customs offices are different around the world. Some countries' customs offices process packages faster than others. We cannot change or alter customs forms in any way to avoid paying customs duties.
