3. IF PLUGGED AND CAN'T BLOW THRU IDLE JET ??

(I USE A STRAND OF STAINLESS STEEL FROM AN OLD THROTTLE CABLE, JUST DON'T MAKE THE HOLE BIGGER IF YOU CAN HELP IT.)
