From Champion Auto Stores produced a series of DVD videos for your basic JOE to learn in different areas of auto repair.

This one is AUTO BODY REPAIR. Made in 1990.

Approxmatly 60:00 minutes long.

We explain everything exactly the way it is so there is never any reason to be upset. Number 2 How satisfied were you with the seller's communication? We answer ALL messages within hours of receiving we send tracking numbers out for every order. Number 3 How quickly did the seller ship the item? EVERYTHING is shipped right away ALWAYS. You receive a email when we purchase the shipping label and it is shipped the next day you can't get any faster than that (until our teleporter gets fixed) You may get a message when you look up the tracking that says USPS have been notified but this does not mean USPS has received a package from us!. This is the post office being slack. Does it make sense to pay them and not ship????? Number 4 How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges? Most of the time shipping is free. International is expensive, we have NO control over this at all. We do not make money off of shipping period.

Ebay grades us on your response to these questions. Anything less than 5 stars is bad. We do not deserve this at all. If we do make a mistake we make it right. It happens. We are the same as you.
