Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs assumes no liability for loss or damage which may occur during the shipping process and strongly recommends the optional shipping insurance that will be offered, if insurance up to the value of the item is not already included in the shipping price by the carrier. All shipping estimates are for shipping within the United States only, but Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs will ship Worldwide unless Customs restrictions prevent your item from being shipped to your country. Take I-65 to exit 68-B (Cool Springs Boulevard West). Go 1 mile and look for the blue Vehicle Inspection Station sign and Gateway Tire. Take the next left at Gateway Tire onto McEwen Drive. Once on McEwen Drive, you can't miss us!

Returns: Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs will accept returns only in cases where the item arrives to the buyer and is not as described in the auction, and where defects/damage are not caused by shipping. Seller must be notified via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the item, and the item must be returned to seller within 7 days in the same condition it was received, with return shipping paid for by buyer. Refunds will be given as money back for full cost paid for item minus shipping. Returns for any other reason will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs, however seller must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item in regards to any issues with the item.
