We had this beautiful sedan inspected and she is ready to go. As you can clearly see in the many detailed photos taken the exterior still shines like the Florida Sun and has no dents, dings or scratches, normal wear and tear, she looks very clean!! The interior smells fresh and seems to be a nonsmoker. There are no rips, tears or fading and shows normal signs of wear. This 2004 Acura RL3.5 is in very good condition for the year and the miles are considered low. I personally drove this sedan and mechanically she runs, drives and handles great!! We'd like to get one thing straight right up front about this 2004 Acura RL3.5, we like it and have no problem admitting so, she looks and runs awesome. On the inside, this 2004 RL3.5 comes standard with leather seating surfaces, a power moonroof, an Acura/Bose Music System, an Automatic Climate Control System, heated front seats and door mirrors, and a HomeLink remote control garage door opener system. We found the interior sporty, yet elegant. No hard to figure out controls. Just straightforward buttons and switches all within easy reach of the driver. Acura says that this RL3.5 competes with cars such as the Audi A6, BMW 530i, Lexus GS 300 and Mercedes-Benz E320.

• *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all items. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and may need to spend a little.
  
  
• Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
  
  
• All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included in the text and pictures on the final photo. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
  
  
• We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or net negative feedback.
  
  
• Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a deposit of $1000.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer or Pay Pal overnight express. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. We would like a copy of any cashier check you may be using faxed to us before the delivery date. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. • A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
  
  
• All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations. I the buyer hereby agree that this sale of said automobile originates in the jurisdiction of Broward county Florida and will be considered as a final State of Florida transaction and sale, regardless of shipping or the state which titling and registration will be done in.
  
  
• For Florida residents only, we are required to collect sales tax @ 6% on all vehicles sold by us unless you are a Car Dealer or Tax Exempt (must provide proof). NO EXCEPTIONS! Registration will be sent U.S Mail unless other means were arranged. Title will be mailed to you from The state of Florida (DMV).
  
  
• Out of state sales are responsible for your state sales tax if you have your vehicle shipped or towed. If the vehicle is shipped or towed this will apply. If you decide to come and pick up the vehicle we can issue you a 30 day Florida temp. tag but we must collect Florida sales tax. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6 %. If your state sales tax is lower we can charge you that tax, this includes all states and Canada.
