Was concerned initially when my Ladder arrived. Appeared part of the system was missing. The seller explained the ladder kit was in two boxes. The other box arrived the next day. So far so good with the ladder kit. Packaging boxes looked a bit damaged but all the parts were there. So overall will give this seller an A+ for this purchase. Item as described, fast shipping, good communication when i had a question. Fed Ex was responsible for the second box delayed delivery.
