The car is in very good condition.  As in, there's good condition and excellent condition.  This is right in between.

The car has been kept in my family summer home in door county since purchase, up until 5 years ago when I inherited the car.  I drive the car perhaps 12xs a summer (I have a motorcycle as well) and store it for the winter.

Since we've purchased the car, Al Promisco of Italia Automobili in Northbrook has cared for the car.  As such, he can also speak on the car's behalf.

Everything on the car is original (inclusive of paint job) with the exception of speakers and cd player.  The tires, brake pads, etc are all new.

There are 2 noticeable dents in the hood and a couple life marks around the car.  Very easy to smooth out and touch up paint job.

Lastly, I've had people stop me on the street multiple times asking if I'd be willing to sell it.  While I've seen a few in better condition (as Al takes care of all Italian made cars and a specialist in Alfa's), 95+% of the ones I see fail in comparison to the one I own.

NOTE:: Speedometer has been not functioning for quite some time.  My guess is 30,000 miles (I don't drive the car much at all, and was primarily driven during the summers in Door County, WI and not during the winter and the last 5-6 years have been no different, although I store the car over the winter); however, it could be less or more.  The engine has been overhauled***(see below) and checked and it runs incredible.  As noted above, an Alfa Rome Specialist that has cared for the car since purchase, can attest to everything that's noted in this description.  I hate to lose it, but i'm moving on to the next chapter in my life.

***5 years ago, thanks to the city of Chicago, I hit a pothole on my way home one evening in which the oil gasket/guard cracked and consequently replaced.  To ensure there was no damage done to the engine, Al from Italia Automobili performed a full inspection on the engine (this is what I mean by overhauled).  The results of the inspection was that there was no additional damage done to the car outside of the oil gasket/guard and the two dents (more like dimples) in the hood of the car.  The car runs great, I just wanted to include everything, good, not so good, and/or indifferent, thus the reason I'm making mention of this.

UPDATE:

Please be advised that one of the potential buyers had a few questions for me and I wanted to share with everyone and include some additional information you may want to know.  I'm new to Ebay, thus the reason why some of the updates are piece mailed if you will but I understand that if I was the potential buyer, i would have these questions as well.  Also, in an effort to manage your expectations, I don't plan on selling the car lower than what's listed as truth be told, I hate to get rid of the car.  As such, while I appreciate all of your interests, please note that I will simply keep relisting until I get the price listed.  Also, I understand that you guys don't know me from Adam; however, please feel free to ask me questions as I'm very forthright and honest about whatever, thus the reason why I'm including the responses to my questions below.  Also, I've had some pretty good questions with some potential ebay buyers thus far that can attest to what I'm saying, even so much where I took an additional 21 photos.  If interested, please let me know.  Also, my caretaker/alfa romeo specalist, is willing to speak with any serious buyers as well as he's, as you can imagine, more technical than I am.

Does the AC work perfectly?
No rust anywhere - no rust bubbles on finish, none in spare tire well (these commonly rust).
Do you have service records of all maintenance?
You are second owner (same family)?
Does everything in the car work - interior lights, windows, hazards, high beams, blinkers, blowers, switches, antenna, etc

Are there any oil leaks or other leaks under the car - any headgasket issues?
Was it ever driven on salty roads?
Any fading on interior? Rips?
Do you have the top boot to cover the top when it is down?

And title is clear, no accidents or sheet metal work?
Condition of tires?
And the speedometer registers at 30K miles? When did it break and about how many miles since?
Any fading in clear coat on the car?
Always been garaged?
Is that a tear in the carpet?
Do you have original radio?

1. AC does not function, unintentionally not included, guess I've been use to it.
2.  no rust
3. No, but I'm sure Al does.  Not sure what his documentation/records look like but it's primarily been all through him.
4. 2nd owner yes, same family.
5. To my knowledge, everything in the car works, I just checked but I'll have Al to answer this one as well.
6. No leaks
7. Ever driven on salty roads, perhaps only because there's a possibility of 1nce, afterall, I'm from Chicago and Door County is in Wisconsin but as noted, the car was stored during the winters and I drive it perhaps 1/2 dozen times a summer. Not out of want but I have a Madass (scooter) and a bicycle as well, not to mention a jeep.  So lately I prefer those over the little car as Chicago city streets are not the greatest.
8. Only accident was the pothole, never with another vehicle.  Sheet metal work I'd say no but I'll let Al answer that simply because I'm not familiar with the jargon.
9. The tires are less than 5 years old.
10. I'd say about 10 years ago the speedometer broke, it reads 17K miles.  I'd be being very generous if I said 1,000 miles is put on it yearly.  I've owned it for 5 years and I've probably put about 150 - 175 miles on it this year and that's very generous and the last 4 years have been very similar.
11. Little to no fading.
12. Yes, the carpet is a bit rugged.
13. I don't have the original radio; however, Al switched out the radio so perhaps he still has it.  As noted, I forwarded along all the questions to him as well and should have answers from him shortly.

Response from AL:

Some of these questions you can probably answer better than I can.

As for the tech. questions , perhaps have this fellow CALL ME.

As far as I know there are no oil leaks or head gasket issues.

The tires I replaced for either YOU or MURPH (Murph is my father) a few years ago .

You can look in the trunk and pull out the spare tire and perhaps take a picture of the spare tire well.

Please also note that there is a small tear in the softtop window, small but a tear nonetheless.  Also, one of the latches to the softtop, although functions, is no longer connected.  Easy fix.

I'm going to extend the listing through the weekend and as noted, keep listing until it sales.  If you have any questions, please ask away and I'll be sure to share with everyone.

Cheers
