Four-Wheeled Diesel lighter. Maintained by the U.S. Army until recently.  This vehicle is incredible!  Not only is it capable of going just about anywhere, but it is in incredible condition.  This is a Vietnam Era piece of equipment, but you wouldn't know it by looking.  This LARC has been well maintained consistently and regularly since it was purchased.  Prior to purchase, this LARC was completely overhauled and renovated by the U.S. military.

PURPOSE / USES: Built to transport large machinery and heavy loads from off-shore vessels to beach and inland transfer points, island to island, or for crossing large waterways such as inland rivers. These vehicles are ideally suited for island transport and marine construction.  These vehicles are capable of handling very rough terrain without risk to vehicle or crew.

Other uses include rescue missions, disaster recovery, salvage, and more.

Deposit
If you would like to bid on the LARC-LX, we ask that a deposit in the amount of $8,000 be delivered within 72 hrs. after close of auction.  We will accept online and credit card payments through PayPal.  The funds may also be Wired or delivered in the form of Certified or Cashiers Check -- these payment options are available for the Deposit Only.  Please keep the 72 hrs in mind when choosing your payment method.  $500 of the deposit is non-refundable, so please take your time when bidding.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remainder of balance due within 30 days of the close of the auction. Final payment to be made with Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or Certified Check ONLY.  No online or credit card payments will be accepted.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.  Vehicle is sold on an as is basis, and can be viewed anytime prior and up to auction end. If you are the high bidder and unable to inspect said vehicle before auction close, you or an agent will have (10) days to inspect said vehicle. I encourage a physical inspection strongly to avoid any misunderstandings or representations. Buyer has the opportunity to view and inspect the vehicle and ask any and all questions.  Any and all costs, charges, fees or other issues in regard to viewing said vehicle are the responsibility of the bidder.  We may consider selling to highest bidder if reserve is not met. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.  We reserve the right to sell elsewhere, and we will require bidders with -0- feedback to verify their bids with a phone call. Your bid is a binding contract Do NOT Bid unless you plan on completing the transaction.. 

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping, moving or transportation charges.  We will assist the buyer with finding a method of transportation, if necessary - call us at 1-800-742-4240 for more information.  We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises.  If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is released.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 30 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
