Very bad experience. Sent me wrong item. That had nothing to do eith painting. Package item ce in was thrown intrash mistakenly. But i sent them pictures of the wrong item they sent. No response. Very unprofessional. Literally lied and stole my money.

According to USPS, "Package Acceptance Pending". So a label was created but the package was never shipped. I wish there were a way to leave 0's as I am pretty sure this seller would have plenty. After trying to contact you 3 times with no reply I can safely say you don't care.

First, this buyer was issued a full refund. Second, in their own screenshot, you can see they attempted to contact us during non-business days. Third, they're lying about the status of the package. Their tracking number shows four updates, including "Shipping Label Created" and "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending." They conveniently left out the "Shipment Received" portion of the status. USPS has this shipment and it is lost in transit. Regardless they were, again, already refunded.
