good shaker, good price good warranty and really quick delivery.
there are really no cons about it the product works really good, just hope it holds up. It will literally shake anything you can put in it and does especially good on old paint that's been sitting around for a while. you have to bolt it down to a very sturdy table that doesn't have much on it because it will vibrate everything off of it. I'm using it to restore a few old vehicles and we always buy our paint early in the project so it sets around for a while. we was taking it back to the paint store but even that gets old after a while, IT should hold up good from the looks of it and it does a terrific job of re-mixing the paint, other wise you wind up with a vehicle that looks like it is two different colors even if the paint did come from the same can and we know this for a fact because ... there are really no cons about it the product works really good, just hope it holds up. This paint shaker works great.
This paint shaker works great. You will need to bolt or fasten it to something solid. A bench will work, but it will likely shake everything off the bench. I mounted it to an old sander stand I had lay around. It will be bolted to the floor. I thought about filling the stand with concrete, but I believe it would still dance around the floor. It could be very dangerous for kids. Will need to be sure to tell kids it is dangerous and to leave it alone. It is my opinion that air should not be left hook up to it for this reason. A must have tool for production painting
Easy to set up and operate. I did have to use an in-line pressure regulator to maintain 80 psi, but it works so well I wonder how I got along without it all these years. As other reviews state, oiling it can be a pain as the included oil port is rather small and trying to drip in a few drops of oil from a bottle doesn't work. I'll pick up a needle oiler sometime to better squirt it in there, but other than that it has improved the quality of my paint jobs by making sure the paint is properly mixed. One gallon of special color I had in stock for 6 months was thoroughly mixed top to bottom after 90 seconds. Works as good as the paint store shakers.Easy to set up and operate. Well-built Paint Shaker
This is a good quality. well built paint shaker. The internal mechanism appears to be sturdy, maintainable, and durable. The clamping system works well, holds 1 gallon cans indefinitely without coming loose. The shaker is being used for ordinary house paint, and also very heavy marine bottom paint with high solids, and mixes well.
