Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Extended Warranty Coverage

We offer extended warranty coverage for this vehicle through the Guardian Warranty Corporation that is effective anywhere in the USA or Canada. Guardian is one of the oldest and most established companies in the warranty business, and is exclusively used by most new car auto dealerships for their extended warranty programs. Guardian is also the only warranty company recommended by the NIADA (National Independent Auto Dealers Association).

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

THERE ARE A LOT OF SCAMMERS ON THE INTERNET THESE DAYS. OUR BIDDERS' USER IDS ARE KEPT PRIVATE TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS FROM CONTACTING THEM. THESE CON ARTISTS MAY TRY TO OFFER YOU PRODUCTS, INCLUDING VEHICLES LIKE OURS, AT ALLEGEDLY A FRACTION OF THE COST. IT MIGHT EVEN LOOK LIKE A REAL EBAY SECOND CHANCE OFFER. THEY MAY ASK YOU TO WIRE THEM YOUR MONEY, EITHER THROUGH A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR SOME OTHER INSTANT MONEY TRANSFER SYSTEM. THEY MAY ASK YOU TO SEND FUNDS TO ANOTHER COUNTRY. Payment Methods

Cash (in person), certified check(the documents for the vehicle will be on hold, until the check is cleared at our bank), bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Contact us for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. PayPal for deposits only.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. No PayPal for the remaining balance.

Additional Fees and Taxes

New York state residents must pay all taxes, license, and title fees. Out of state residents do not pay any taxes with us but are subject to registration or taxes in their state.

All succesfull high bidders will be subject to a $195.00 Dealer Handling fee. (i.e. $10,000 + $195.00=$10,195.00). This fee enables us to list our vehicles on eBay, express shipping of all documents, fully detail the vehicles for delivery, and any additional services as needed by our customers.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

We do not guarantee that CD magazines, navigation discs, instruction manuals, floor mats, extra keys or remotes will be included.

If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended.
