BIDDING
Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. ***Please do not bid if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early.
NEGATIVE OR ZERO FEEDBACK
We do not allow bidding for zero or negative feedback bidders.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER
The winning bidder must contact Maggie Coffman at (407) 256-3344 within 24 hours of the close of the auction to proceed with the payment and delivery arrangements. We reserve the right to relist or sell the vehicle to a qualified buyer in the event that the winning bidder does not pay. We also reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the second highest bidder if the winning bidder does not contact us within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
DEPOSIT
The successful bidder/winner will submit a deposit of $1000.00 within 2 days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The deposit may be paid via major credit card over the phone. Full payment must be made within 7 days. We do not accept American Express or PayPal.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or financing in place before bidding on the vehicle. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of vehicle.
FEES
ALL VEHICLES SOLD ON EBAY WILL HAVE A $389.00 DOCUMENT FEE/SERVICE FEE COLLECTED. This fee documentation and paperwork costs, DHL fees, vehicle prep and administrative costs. Please factor this fee into the cost of the vehicle. The document fee is not waived under any circumstance. Florida law also requires us to collect $1.50 for each vehicle sold for tire waste and lead battery fee***LICENSED AUTOMOBILE DEALERS ARE WELCOME TO PURCHASE VEHICLES SOLD THROUGH EBAY, BUT THEY WILL PAY THE DOCUMENTATION FEE OF $389.00 ASSOCIATED WITH THE SALE.
TAXES
All buyers who residents of the state of Florida will be required to pay sales tax at their county rate. An out of state buyer who chooses to pick up their vehicle from the lot will be required to pay sales tax according to their state up to 6%. Sales tax paid to Florida is generally reciprocal in other states. All out of state buyers will be responsible for paying their county and state tax when registering the vehicle in their home state if the vehicle is transported from the lot.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not arrange shipping, but will assist in finding a shipping company to meet your needs. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after a vehicle leaves the premises. If the vehicle is to be shipped, full payment must be received prior to delivery of the vehicle to the shipping company.
TITLES
All vehicles being sold have clear titles. We generally have titles available within a short period of time, but we are allowed 30 days to transfer title according to Florida Law.
LICENSED AUTOMOBILE DEALERS
We have many clients who are licensed dealers and exporters. We are familiar with the process of exporting vehicles. Please be aware that licensed dealers are still required to pay the document fee of $389.00 for each vehicle. We will not waive this fee so please do not ask. We do require a copy of your dealer's license and sales tax certificate for the transaction.
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by the seller. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available. Please contact us for details.
