These cars are being sold exactly as we traded them. We have the cars detailed by our professional detail shop but no other reconditioning or repairs are completed. We try to accurately represent the vehicle’s physical and mechanical condition with any known issues. Since all of the cars are fresh trades, in many situations, the car has been properly maintained and cared for by the previous owner, many still within their original factory warranty. We urge all buyers to make arrangements to see the car prior to purchase. All trades must be fully disclosed prior to the purchase if they are to be included. Any trade presented after the sale will be addressed as a separate transaction and Don Rosen Imports has the right to not trade the car.

These cars are being sold 100% as is with no warranty expressed or implied unless stated otherwise. Financing is available on most 2003 and newer vehicles and extended service contracts are available as an additional insurance. Any charges for this are in addition to the listed price.

All the cars are listed on eBay until sold and may be sold at any time. We cannot hold a car off the market without a significant non refundable deposit. All cars must be delivered or paid in full within 48 hours of the sale date. The non refundable deposit covers the cost of the relisting and reprocessing of the vehicle if the buyer defaults on the purchase. The way for you to assure that the car will not be sold to someone else is to utilize the “buy it now” feature on eBay. In this situation all eBay buyer rules apply and a non refundable deposit must be secured immediately. A fully executed buyer’s order will be faxed to the buyer for approval. The buyer is responsible for shipping, taxes, tags, and any upgrades requested by the buyer. All PA and NJ buyers must pay state sales tax, registration, and other state fees. All other purchasers must pay $75.00 for PA transit tags. All buyers must have a valid driver’s license and insurance or a valid dealer’s license.
