Manufactured By Classic Roadsters Of Fargo North Dakota In 1983

Very Few Of This Type Of Austin-Healey Kit Cars Were Built They Are Called The Saxon Mark I,  The  Early Model Kits Used A Volkswagen  Beetle Chassis And Drive Trains, Later Going To A Front Engine Configuration And Changing The Model To Saxon Mark III And Sebring.

 I Purchased The Car From The Builder Who Owned It Since 1983 And Sold It Due To Health Reasons, By The Way This Guy Also Built 2 Airplanes In His Life.

 When We Purchased The Car It  Was In Need Of  Some Up Dating, It Had Been Sitting In His Garage For Over A Year  Before He Decided To Sell It.

 I Have A Small Hot Rod Shop Where We Buy, Sell And Build Classic Cars And Thought This Would Be A Neat Car To Do.

 This Car Is Powered By A 1600 CC Dual Port VW Engine That Runs Very Well. It's Hooked To A 4 Speed Manual Transmission That Shifts Smooth .

 The Interior Is In Great Shape Looking Very Much Like The 1962 Austun- Healey 3000 Interiors Did. The Seat Covers Are New The VDO Gauges Are New Which Include Speedometer, Tachometer, Fuel Guage, Oil Pressure Guage And Volt Meter, Has Windshield Wipers, Heater With Defroster Fan And New Stereo With CD Player.

The Convertible Top And Parade Boot Are New And Unlike The Original Austin-Healeys That Had Side Curtains This Has Roll Up Windows.  

The Eight Spoke Wheels And Tires Are New And Really Set The Car Off.

 The Fiberglass Body Is Nice And Straight, The Hood, Doors, And Trunk All Fit Properly.  

 The Paint Is New We Used PPG's Base Coat Clear Coat Paint System Then Rubbed The Finish To A Brilliant Shine.

We Replaced The Chrome Front And Rear Bumpers As Well As The Headlight Rings.

 The Engine Was Inspected, Cleaned, Tuned, Recieved A New Exhaust System  And Dress Up With Some Chrome Goodies.

 The Car Runs Drives And Stops Very Well And Looks Awesome, It Comes With The Original Build Manual And The Classic Roadsters Key Fob.

 This Car Needs Nothing. It Is Ready To Enjoy The Minute You Take Possession.
