DashDyno SPD is an in-vehicle mounted automotive computer that displays real time information about your vehicle’s operation. Digital gauges, a trip computer, scan tool, performance meter and data logger are combined into one, easy-to-use instrument.

DashDyno may be used as a handheld or mounted inside a vehicle. A windshield suction cup mount with quick release makes installation a snap. 1996 or newer cars and trucks are supported - from Acura to Volvo and everywhere in between. Simply plug DashDyno into the OBD II diagnostic port located under the dashboard. No hard wiring or tools are required for installation.

Using DashDyno is easy with the eight button illuminated keypad and high-contrast, backlit graphic LCD display. The software is menu driven and wizards ask simple questions making multi-step operations quick and easy. Free software upgrades can be downloaded from the Internet and installed through the mini USB port.

A: No, this operates of the OBD-II system in the vehicle. It would be a bit of a stretch trying to feed roller speed & torque load sensor into it.
