Then, you need to pull the tape comfortably tight in order to achieve the best results. Measure two to three times trying to get the same result every time.
If you get different measurements take the largest size. If you are between sizes, choose the next largest size.

Shipping: Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving payment Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. UPS and USPS are the two couriers we use. For delivery within the USA, customers may choose UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Deliveries outside the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping insurance is offered but optional, though we strongly reccomend insurance for international orders. Transit times: 3-5 business days for delivery to US locations, and 4-8 days for international delivery. International customers should allow extra time for delivery because customs offices are different around the world. Depending on your country and your local customs office, packages occasionally take more time to arrive.
