Helmet Sizing Chart with Measuring Instructions:

The best way to get a measurement your head is to use a flexible tape measure, like the ones tailors use. Hold one end of the tape measure against your forehead just above your eyebrow line, then wrap the tape around the back of your head near the base of the skull, and then back around to the front. Pinch off the spot on the tape and you've got your measurement. If you don't have a flexible tape measure, you can use a length of string and a ruler or yard stick. Use the same method as described above and use a pen to mark the spot on the string where it meets the end of itself, and then measure the piece of string. Either of these methods will provide you with a reasonably accurate measurement of your head so you can determine your helmet size.
