          KCS 55A COMPASS SYSTEM

                  

The KCS 55A Compass System is a complete slaved compass system that includes a magnetic slaving transmitter, a slaving control and compensator unit, and a directional gyro for stabilization of the system.  The system provides the pilot with a simple, comprehensive visual display of the aircraft’s heading and position in relation to a desired course.

 

The KCS 55A System is composed of the following equipment:

 

1.      KG 102A Directional Gyro, P/N 060-0015-00

2.      KMT 112 Flux Valve, P/N 071-1052-00

3.      KI 525A HSI, P/N 066-3046-01

4.      KA 51B Slaving Accessory, P/N 071-1242-06

 

The KCS 55A System is used and being sold in serviceable condition.  The system components will include a fresh yellow tag (FAA form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate) from our repair station (RSN: YXXR387Y).  Mayday Avionics, Inc. guarantees this system and offers a 90-day warranty.  The mounting tray for the KG 102 and connectors for system components are also included.
